Expression of sympathy to all.
Sorry for loss. I was a neighbor of John Zent growing up in Taneytown. Your parents would stop by for a visit, a real joy.
Peace and Comfort.

Carl and Joyce - We were so sorry to hear of the passing of your father. He was a very quiet and kind man. For the many years we lived in Taneytown, he was our efficient insurance man and was always a pleasure to deal with. Our sincere condolences to you and your families.

It is with a smile that I remember Uncle Bob and Aunt Mae. Many a wonderful meal and happy memory were created around their dinner table where we were always welcomed with open arms and homemade pecan pie! My deepest sympathy in this time of loss.

Mr Zentz was the most gracious and appreciative resident at Fairhaven. He ate immediately and loved the cottage cheese roast and fried okra I brought him :) Never complained of anything during our visits - always inquired of everyone else in the church.. such a God-fearing man and joy to know!

To Bob I was the "preacher man" whenever I came to see him. I value our talks and often found him reading God's word. He always appreciated prayer and visits. May God's light perpetual shine upon him!

I was Mr. and Mrs. Zentz's companion at Fairhaven for many years. I always enjoyed my time with them playing Parcheesi , then, later with Mr. Zentz. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
Sincerely,
Joanne Correll

Mr. Zentz was one of kindess, gentle people I ever knew. Both he and Mrs. Zentz were very dear people. I think of them often. God's love and sympathies to his family.

A sad farewell to a wonderful brother and mentor. You will live in my heart forever. May you now rest in peace with your loving wife in heaven.

With fond memories of many visits with my Uncle Bob and Aunt Mae, I send my condolences to Joyce and Carl and their families. We were a large extended family and as our generation was growing up I always enjoyed the visits with Uncle Bob and Aunt Mae, for the conversations were interesting and Aunt Mae was one of the best cooks in the whole world! Because Uncle Bob was close to my maternal grandparents I got to visit with him often for either he and Aunt Mae would visit my grandparents or my grandparents would go to Taneytown and visit them. They would talk real estate, religion, politics and antigues. It is sad watching this generation of aunts and uncles pass away, but I hold on to many happy memories with all of them.
Love to Joyce and Carl and families. Sylvia
