CHISHOLM, Roberta Barbara (Brown)

Roberta passed away peacefully with her family by her side following a long battle with COPD. An only child, Roberta was predeceased by her parents, Doug and Barbara Brown, and her son Paul. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Robert (Bob) and her daughter Molly (Bill Dickson). Roberta was an avid gardener with a preference for perennials, enjoyed springtime on Vancouver Island, camping in Kananaskis Country and needlework. Her love of animals was a lifelong affair. She and her husband successfully bred and exhibited Labrador Retrievers and Pugs under the kennel name "Puddleduck" for over 20 years. In respect for her wishes, there will be no service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lung Association, Alberta & NWT, the Calgary Wildlife Rehabilitation Society or a charity of choice. The family extends special thanks to the staff of Unit 93 at Rockyview General Hospital for their care and compassion in making her final days comfortable.
