To the best dad in the world,
Its hard to believe that you are gone. We keep expecting to see your truck in front of the house and have you walk back into our lives. We miss you very much and think about you daily. Mia speaks about you constantly and will forever miss you. When she sees a smaries box she thinks of you. Rest in peace and I cannot wait to see you again. We miss you so much.

Hello Father, Your were my inspiration and guidance in my lessons in life. Without you, our world will never be the same. Your presence will be forever be in my memory. Many memories have surfaced since your departure. Who will I consult now?Memories that trigger both sadness and laughter. Your presence will be forever missed sincerely. I will see you when I get there . When I do, I am sure nothing will have changed from the same kind, sincere, laughing father that will always linger in my memories.
I would like to thank any and all those people who devoted their time and effort to comfort him during his last year on this planet. The sincere people he met with my family in his stay at the Montreal General. During his stay at the Montreal General he met some new friends. Our family had the privledge to meet these other families who were also experiencing the same. Its amazing to see people come together and dig deep into their hearts. I am sure our lives will change forever.
Love Tommy

Dear Clifford, Tommy, Rogie, Gary, Tracy & Tara,
We named him “DOLL” and that was his name up to about age 5 until one day he stood up to us, his sisters and said, “Don’t call me DOLL any more…my name is Roger!”
He was very blond with blue, blue eyes and cute. We spoiled him rotten…we loved our only brother. Our parents called him Roger, but occasionally Mom slipped-up and called him Doll.
We teased him throughout his growing up years, it was 4 against 1, but he was a great sport about it all.
Roger I will miss our telephone conversations and belly laughs.
Yes Roger, you will be greatly missed, but you will always remain in my heart!
Rest in Peace,
Love Micki.

Dear Cliff, Tommy, Rogie, Gary, Tracy & Tara,
We would like to send our sincere condolences to all of you. I'm going to really miss Uncle Roger. I always looked forward to his Christmas card every year. I was only 10 when we left Montreal and moved to Alberta, but I have so many fond memories of Uncle Roger. He was a very kind uncle and had a great sense of humour.
You will be greatly missed Uncle Roger, we all loved you!!
Love you kissen' cousin Lisa, Troy, Tanner & Reece Hemmerling.
