Macon, Georgia - Services for Thomas J. Bailey, Jr. are 11:00 AM Thursday, June 12, 2025 at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Milledgeville, GA.
Born to the parentage of the late Thomas J. Sr. and Obie Mathis Bailey he was educated in the Bibb County Public School and briefly attended Grambling University. He worked in construction and was a manager at Lowe's.
Family will receive visitors at 502 Charles Street, Macon, GA on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

I am so sorry to learn of the passing of the long time friend of our family and such a pillow of the community. He and his wife have never failed to answer when our sister Pauline would call for church events of all kinds. I don´t know who was sweeter Thomas or his wife. I can´t imagine her without him at any event. I have to pass this disturbing news to my family. Condolences to Mrs. Bailey & his family. He is already missed and forever loved. RIP loved & Missed

My husband, the deceased Reverend Marshel Howard and I met Thomas at Holsey Temple CME Church many years ago. We attended church there and always enjoyed Thomas' music. I am sorry to hear of his passing, however I know heaven is receiving a rejoicing time in the Lord upon Thomas'entrance!!
