Romey will be remembered not only for his smile, but his ability to make everyone smile around him. During our college years he had this uncanny way to take a bad situation and turn it into a positive. He told the best stories and could always make you belly laugh so hard that you´d fall out of your seat. He was roommates with the his double first cousin, Shane and they were always inseparable, a great team to one another, and always blast to be around while at WKU. Romey had a profound impact on whomever he met. He made a huge difference in our world. He deeply cared about all of humanity. He will be missed by so many friends. I´m attaching a photo, Shane took of Romey and I... such wonderful memories and great times.

My condolences to all the friends (there were many, I hear!) and family of Romey. I remember him as a young man and as a member of my family. We didn´t stay in touch frequently but occasionally through Facebook we would catch up. Romey was kind, so smart and extremely talented! I will remember him fondly. God bless you all and God´s grace to Romey.
