My condolences to the family, Rona was a great friend to me. I met her and worked with her at ID Foods. She watched me grow up from the age of 17 to the day I got married at 32. She was a beautiful Lady !!! I am thankful that she was part of my life.

Danny Cale Stather Charles Matthews

I grew up as Danny Stather aka Danny Cale. my legal name now is Charles Matthews. I grew up with some really good people the Haynes' across the street on Beaulieu street.I grew up with Rodney and Warren and played with them for hours on end in the basement with that silly hockey game...such great memories. Rona treated me like one of her sons and we grew up healthy and strong from her love and devotion to family life. Now everyone will benefit from that love as she takes her place with the angels on high.

To Cousins Rodney Valerie and Gabrielle “Gabby”& Warren Leacock:
We loved your mother and her spirit will be love forever. Now, there is another angel who can guard over us for eternity. Thank you for sharing your mother with myself and Allyson. She truly showed us the way in her nurturing of family, rearing of children, educational journey, community support and advocacy and her work ethics. Your parents were always there for us. May you (Cousins Rodney and Warren) and your family (Leacock and Haynes) gather the strength to continue the legacy.
