Ronald Dubats Obituary
Ed was born on June 25, 1936 in Pontiac, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, and his wife Alice Joan Dubats. His brother, Jerry passed a few months following Ed.
He is survived by his current wife Cherie Dubats, his Son, Steven (Jennifer), his daughter, Susan and his grandchildren; Elizabeth, Andrew, and Daniel along with his stepson James Simpson and his step-grandchildren; Matthew (Tori), Cathrin, Natasha, and Nicole.
Ed taught for 33 years in the Waterford and Saline school districts. He coached football and basketball for most of those years. Ed also partnered with Lowell kage in a renovation and construction business. Ed was an avid and talented golfer and a member of Atlas Valley Country club.
Ed had a natural gift for painting. He captured the beauty of both of his homes, on the Lake in Ortonville and in Hawaii, on canvas.
