Ronald Steven Lee, 38 years, of Hillsboro passed away on Sunday September 4, 2016 in Hillsboro.

He was born January 25, 1978 in Middletown, OH the son of Ronald Eugene Lee of Piketon and Kitsy Fay (Hobbs) Lee of Hillsboro.

Steven was a graduate of Hillsboro High School and a U.S. Army Veteran and was employed at Horizon Ag System in Wilmington.

Besides his parents he is survived by three sisters; Daphne Kennedy of Hillsboro, Andrea Lee of Hillsboro and Janie Haymaker of Cincinnati; his paternal grandmother Pauline Pursitti, seven nieces and nephews; Haley Kennedy, Braeden Kennedy, Jessica Gadberry, Cameron Harris, Sam Gallimore, Devon Gallimore, and Jake Hauke; as well as several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

Services will be held at Thompson Funeral Home on Thursday September 8, 2016 at 1:00 PM with a burial to follow at New Market Baptist Cemetery with graveside military rites performed by the Highland County Honor Guard.

Friends may call Thursday September 8, 2016 at the funeral home from 11:00 AM until the time of service.

The family asks that donations be made to the Highland County Dog Pound.
