Ronald Reinhard Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 15, 2025.
Dr. Ronald Nick Reinhard, D.O., born in 1935, in Milwaukee, WI, peacefully passed away at his home in Atlanta, GA, surrounded by family. Dr. Reinhard served four years in the Air Force and, in 1962, received his degree in pharmacology from the University of Wisconsin. He graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1974 and practiced head and neck surgery in Ohio before relocating to Philadelphia, where he practiced for many years before his retirement in Georgia.

He enjoyed studying the Bible, being a loyal Green Bay Packers fan, lamenting the excesses of Eagles fans, and taking pride in the accomplishments of his niece, nephews, and their children. He was a keen DIYer who maintained the family farm as well as his previous home in Pennsylvania well into his 80s. He was an extremely generous and kind soul and he will be missed by all who knew and love him.

Dr. Reinhard was preceded in death by his parents, Erna and Nick Reinhard of Sussex, WI, and by his niece, Rebecca. He is survived by his sister, Mary Siegel; his nephews, Michael (Sue) and Eric (Lisa); and their children, Josiah, Abigail, and Benjamin.

Dr. Reinhard was cremated and his ashes will be scattered over the family plot located in Sussex, WI.
