Rose Ann Kranski Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Nov. 30, 2017.
Rose Ann (Schroedel) Kranski, 89, of Rogers, AR died Thursday, November 30th, at Northwest Medical Center in Bentonville, AR. She is now at peace with her Lord and Savior, and reunited with her beloved husband, Ernest Kranski, of 62 years.

She was born May 25th, 1928, in Portage County, Wisconsin to the late Henry and Lillian Schroedel. Rose Ann was one of 10 children.

She prided herself on being a dutiful wife and mother, considering it to be one of her greatest gifts in life. She faithfully served as the matriarch of the Kranski Clan. Rose Ann took care of the home by tirelessly working with her hands, sewing, cooking, and tinkering around the house fixing things. You could regularly find her putzing in her garden, listening and dancing to Polka music, maintaining the family "grapevine," or playing a mean game of Canasta. She instilled in her children the importance of family through the gift of a nightly meals around the dinner table.

Her spirited banter and humble generosity will be sorely missed by her 9 children, 22 grandchildren, and 26 great-grandchildren, of which are her 7 daughters: Kathleen (Marvin) Zwiefelhofer of Bella Vista, AR, Jeaneen (Gary) Anderson of Silsbee, TX, Shirley Burdick of Kenosha, WI, Karolyn Spaulding of Bentonville, AR, Kristine (Kevin) Graham of Elkhorn, WI, Susan (David) Castronova of Bentonville, AR, Vicky Kranski of Rogers, AR; and her 2 sons: Ronald (Debby) Kranski of Kaukauna, WI, and Richard Kranski of Centennial, CO. She is also survived by 5 sisters: Delores, Dorothy, Henrietta, Yvonne, Elaine and 2 brothers: Henry and John.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 1 sister, Bernice, 1 brother, Robert and 2 granddaughters, Michelle and Rebecca.

A mass officiated by Monsignor David LeSieur will be held on Thursday, December 7, at 12:30 P.M. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Rogers, AR.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to Children's Advocacy Center Of Benton County (https://cacbentonco.presencehost.net/how-to-help/donate.html) whose mission is to provide support to abused children and their families which was a cause near and dear to Rose Ann's heart.

My condolences and prayers to the Kranski Family as you celebrate your mom and the legacy she leaves behind. God bless you as you journey your individual paths of grief. I know your mom is proud! I can't help but wonder what her first conversation with Michelle must have been like; I bet there was dancing! Love and prayers, Jill

A good wife who can find? She is far more precious than jewels.
The heart of her husband trusts in her, and he will have no lack of gain.
She does him good, and not harm, all the days of her life.
She seeks wool and flax, and works with willing hands.
She is like the ships of the merchant, she brings her food from afar.
She rises while it is yet night and provides food for her household and tasks for her maidens.
She considers a field and buys it; with the fruit of her hands she plants a vineyard.
She girds her loins with strength and makes her arms strong.
She perceives that her merchandise is profitable.
Her lamp does not go out at night.
She puts her hands to the distaff, and her hands hold the spindle.
She opens her hand to the poor, and reaches out her hands to the needy.
She is not afraid of snow for her household, for all her household are clothed in scarlet.
She makes herself coverings; her clothing is fine linen and purple.
Her husband is known in the gates, when he sits among the elders of the land.
She makes linen garments and sells them; she delivers girdles to the merchant.
Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the time to come.
She opens her mouth with wisdom, and the teaching of kindness is on her tongue.
She looks well to the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness.
Her children rise up and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her:
Many women have done excellently, but you surpass them all.
Charm is deceitful, and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.
Give her of the fruit of her hands, and let her works praise her in the gates.

I haven't had contact with Rose Ann for years, but I am still saddened at her passing. Because she is one of the good one's and you never want them to leave. My condolences to all of her family.
