Brockport - Went to Heaven on Thursday May 14, 2020 at the age of 96. Predeceased by her beloved husband of over 50 years, Courtenay. She is survived and greatly loved by her children Gretchen LeMieux, Susan Anselm, David (Elaine) Anselm, Barbara Anselm, Jo (Barry) Gehm, Valerie Anselm, Peter (Naomi) Anselm and Philip (Ana Maria) Anselm, grandchildren Christine (Rob) Kopple, Karen (Bill) Maikranz, Robert (Jeanne) LeMieux, Benjamin Anselm, Aaron (Sue) Anselm, Matthew (Lia) Anselm, Ruth Anselm (BJ Fearington), Nickolas Anselm, Keith Anselm, Marie Anselm and Victoria Anselm, 10 great-grandchildren and sister Margaret Reistroffer.

Rose was a 70 year member of the Nativity BVM Parish in Brockport and a life member of Catholic Daughters of America. A Funeral Mass will be will be held in the future. Interment will be in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Those wishing may contribute to the Brockport Food Shelf, 14 State St., Brockport, NY 14420 or Heifer International, 1 World Avenue, Little Rock, AZ 72202. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Fowler Funeral Home Inc.

Rose was my across the street neighbor for 45 years on Victory Dr. We were both members of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. Lost touch when I moved away but remember her and the family well. She lived a good life in service to others and will no doubt rest in the arms of the Lord.
