Rose Salcido Obituary
She attended elementary school in San Diego, where she met many of what turned out to be her long lifetime friends. She continued her studies at the Academy of the Little Flower in San Luis Rey, California. She entertained the idea of Noviate training at the Academy but choose a different path.
Later in life she met and then married Vidal. They were both blessed with four beautiful children, Irene, Christine, Arlene and Vidal Jr. Rosa loved and cared her children very much. She was also blessed with many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
She enjoyed shopping, collecting Betty Boop memorabilia, watching novelas, dancing and spending quality time with her family and friends, who she dearly loved.
Rosa went home to God on December 15, 2011 of natural causes. She was preceded in death by both of her parents; husband Vidal and daughter Irene. She is survived by her children Arleen, Christine and Vidal Jr; grandchildren Ernesto, Rosa, Erica, Ruben, Sophia, Tomas, Ashley, Vidal, Mayra, Angelina and Monica; great grandchildren Melody, Valerie, Christian, Jonathon, Giovanni and Julian.
Rosa will be missed very much; her love and her spirit will be with us forever.

It's hard to put in words what you are feeling at a time like this. I am so blessed to have shared my life with such a wonderful lady. You will always be in our hearts. I love you Tia Rosa.
