Rose Yurek Obituary
Rose Yurek, 98, passed away peacefully in her home on Jan. 31, 2018. Born Aug. 29, 1919, in Lublin WI to Walenty and Mary (Sowa) Jeleniowski. Rose married Frank Yurek on June 12, 1938, and enjoyed 45 years of marriage and family. Loving mother to Ron and Joan (Ibsen). Siblings include Helen, Edward, Joseph, Stella, Bruno, Frank and Valeria. Family was her greatest joy and priority in life. She enjoyed cooking, shopping, spending time with family and spoiling her loved ones with brownies. Lovingly survived by her sister, Valeria Krich of Niles IL; grandchildren, Jennifer (Chris) Gianelli of Milton GA, Kim (Jeff Hermansen) Yurek of Rockford IL, April (Larry) Warner of Frisco TX, Dan (Randee Lang) Yurek of Rockford IL; great-grandchildren, Gavin, Caden, Julia, Aidan, Nash and Trent.
All are welcome who wish to honor the life of this remarkable woman. Visitation 10 a.m. to noon Monday, Feb 5, at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S Arlington Heights Rd, Elk Grove. Interment follows at Mary Hill Cemetery, Niles IL.

Family occasions and so many of them-weddings, bridal showers etc. Aunt Rose was always there and looking so beautiful. Of course Uncle Frankie and Aunt Rose being in Mom and Dad's bridal party is a special memory for us. Our sympathy is all who cared for her and loved her so much.
