Rowan Mann Obituary
She attended Milwaukie High School, where she first began to shape her dreams and future. Rowan's kind and compassionate nature touched many throughout her brief, yet meaningful life.
Rowan is survived by her loving parents, Jamie Chapman and Philip Mann, who remember her as a beacon of light and joy in their lives.
A service to celebrate Rowan's life will be held at St. Andrew Parish, located at 806 NE Alberta, Portland, OR 97211 on Tuesday August 13th 2024 at 2pm. The family welcomes all who loved Rowan to join in remembering her vibrant spirit.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Rowan's memory to the Nowell Family Foundation, which provides addiction recovery services to the music community. This cause reflects Rowan's compassionate spirit and her belief in the healing power of music.
Rowan will be dearly missed, yet her legacy will continue to inspire kindness and a deep appreciation for life in all who knew her.

When I was recently visiting with Sherri, Rowan jumped off the couch and gave me a huge hug sprinkled with compliments. She was such a sweet soul and very loved by all. Rest in peace sweet girl, and send strength and peace to those who are suffering with your loss.

When Rowan was a little girl, I rode a ferris wheel with her. While I clutched the handlebar tightly and struggled to keep my eyes open....Rowan threw her hands up in the air and giggled with glee. "Don't be scared, Kellie....try this, it's FUN!" This memory makes me smile so big.
