To My Dear Sister, Ann....Words will never be able to express feelings of the memories we have of Roy. He was gentle, generous, kind and loving and never a day went by when he wasn't helping or giving to someone else. I am saddened by the loss of my dear brother-in-law, whom will be missed greatly...but we also know that he is not suffering any more and probably by now dancing a jig up yonder!! I love you sweetheart...thank you for sharing your love, Roy's life, with us.
Love you dearly,
~Penny Neeley Ozinga~

I only got to start getting to know you again, Uncle Roy, I Loved you and Aunt Ann as little Girl so much, and as you both re entered mine, my husband, and Roy Jr. (RJ)'s life, the feelings I felt 35 or so years ago, had remained intact. I will miss you so very much. RJ will greatly miss his Uncle Roy, and my Roy, who thought of you as his friend, is deeply saddend by the loss of his friend Roy Dace.I know you now feel no more pain, for you're with God, a man with such a gentle soul, kind heart, and love for his wife, there was but only one way for you to go, UP, to be with him. I love you Uncle Roy...........we will miss you Greatly.
