Ruby Elizabeth "Betty" McFall, 70, of Monongahela, died Monday, July 21, 2003, in Monongahela Valley Hospital. She was born Oct. 23, 1932, in New Eagle, a daughter of the late Harry and Ruby Pugh Anders. Betty was a graduate of Monongahela High School, Class of 1950. She had been employed for the past five years as a cook for Meals on Wheels through Diversified Human Services. Her memberships included the Free Methodist Church in Monongahela, a 50-year member of the Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 108 in Monongahela, and the Carroll Township Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary for over 30 years. Betty loved spending time with her grandchildren. Survivors include two sons, John R. McFall and wife Jimi of Monongahela and William H. McFall and wife Angela of Eighty Four; five grandchildren, Erin Fedorchak and Thomas, Ashley, Amber, and April McFall; one great-grandson, John McFall; three sisters, Louise McMahon of Gibsonia, and Mary Costello and Patricia Loadman, both of Finleyville; numerous nieces and nephews; and her loving dog, Trixie. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her step mother, Helen Mastile Anders; one son, Thomas Richard McFall; and two sisters, Grace Wise and Margaret Withrow. Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the L.M. FRYE FUNERAL HOME INC., 427 West Main St., Monongahela, where services will be held Friday, July 25, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. William Bailey officiating. Interment will follow in Monongahela Cemetery.
