I had many nice talks with Russell when he lived in the boro of tunkhannock. He loved his little dog that he had at the time and unfortunately at times so did my dog Jax.. Before my dog was fixed I'd often find him a block over near Russells house. He was always kind and I would enjoy striking up a conversation when seeing him. He also kept the neighborhood skunk population in check by catching then releasing them. God speed Russell. Sending condolences to the family.

When we were neighbors, Russ stopped to talk to us everyday while walking his dog. Such a sweet soul. He will be missed.
