Shirley A Hankins

Shirley A. Hobaugh Hankins, 78, of Delphi, died Mon.-Dec. 8, 2014 at 3:36pm at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Monticello. She was born Apr. 4, 1936 in Delphi, to the late Ernest & Jeannetta Morecraft Hobaugh. She was a 1954 graduate of Delphi High School. She worked at the former Peters-Revington Furniture Factory in Delphi for 24 years in the sand room, and retired Mar. 28, 1998, and was a homemaker. She was a member of the Rockfield Christian Church, and belonged to the ladies society of the church. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, and fishing. Surviving: Sons-Bruce & Sue Hankins, Jim & Pam Hankins both of Delphi; daughter-Penny & David Robinson of Delphi; 3 grandchildren, 5 step grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 12 step great grandchildren, 2 step great great grandchildren. Services: Friends may call Friday from 11am until her funeral at 1pm at Abbott Funeral Home, Delphi. Pastor Kenney Bass officiating, burial at Masonic Cemetery, Delphi.
