Sam Webb

Mr. Sam Thomas "Tom" Webb, 84, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2025 in Savannah, Georgia. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, Tom was deeply loved by those who knew him and will be remembered for his kindness and unwavering dedication to his family and faith.

Born on December 16, 1940, in Sandy Springs, Georgia, Tom grew up with strong roots in the community that shaped his values and work ethic. He carried those principles into every aspect of his life-from his professional endeavors to his personal relationships.

Tom was the proud owner of Mentor Safety Co., where he built a respected career as a business leader. His commitment to excellence and integrity earned him the admiration of colleagues and clients alike. Through his work, he not only provided for his family but also contributed meaningfully to the safety and well-being of others.

A man of deep Christian faith, Tom loved the Lord our God and lived out his beliefs with humility and grace. His spiritual foundation guided him throughout his life and was evident in the way he treated others-with compassion, patience, and generosity.

Tom's greatest joy came from the time he spent with his family. He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Margo Wynn Webb; daughters Candace Webb Viola and Samantha Webb Ferrara; brothers Jack Webb and Charlie Webb; sister Carole Webb McClure; and their families. His legacy lives on through them-a testament to the love he gave so freely.

Those closest to Tom remember him as a kind-hearted man whose presence brought warmth and comfort. Whether sharing stories around the dinner table or offering quiet support during difficult times, he had a way of making people feel seen and valued.
