SAMUEL SIMPSON Obituary
The family and friends of Jack Simpson are grieved to announce the passing of his beautiful soul on March 25, 2016, at peace, at home. Jack was born a brief 18 years ago and grew up in Vancouver. In his life, Jack brought so much wonder to those who know and love him. He was a boy of prodigious intellect, energy, emotion and kindness, a deep thinker with a multitude of ideas. He had no realization of how many loved him or on whom he had an impact. In his last months, Jack devoted himself to volunteering and trying to make the world a better place. In his words: "Life is but an explosion of energy, a spike in proportion to the beauty of the infinite time and space of the universe. Everything is a miracle". Jack was our miracle and will be so deeply missed by his brother Lachlan, parents Stacey Dallyn and Paul Simpson, his cousins, uncles and aunts and the many friends whose lives he had a deep impression on. A church service will be held at Shaughnessy Heights United at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 16 with a Celebration of his Life to be held at The Arbutus Club at 2:30 p.m. Jack would have appreciated a donation in time, goods or money to the Salvation Army or for someone to start a beehive for him.

Chères Stacey, Paul and Lachlan,
Our thoughts are with the three of you. We are honoring Jack's unique mind and soul by giving special attention this spring to our garden, and providing and nurturing all the beautiful plants and flowers for many bees to come, and go... for ever.
We have seen the tree and the flowers at Quilchena's Skate Park, and indeed the bees are attracted by the beautiful flowers and consequently by Jack's beautiful mind, your beautiful boy... to you Stacey and you Paul, and brother to Lachlan.

Paul, Stacey and Lach,
Rodan and I are so incredibly sad for you all. Sometimes there are humans just too special to handle and navigate this complicated challenging world. Jack was such a brilliant beautiful soul. I know his soul is at peace now as we are left to grieve his absence on this earth. You will always have him in you. OUr thoughts and prayers are with you all. Megan and Rodan.xo
