Sandra Lee "Sandy" Poe-Omestead

Poe-Omestead Sandra (Sandy) Lee Poe-Omstead passed away on July 7, 2010 at the age of 65. She is survived by her mother Ora Leazer, her sister and brother-in-law Ora and Alan Hoy, brother and sister-in-law Paul and Rose Leaser, her children Kimberly Rogers, Robert Griffith, Michael Omstead, Amanda Omstead, her grandchildren Michealle, Angel, Hailie, and Kileigh, her niece and nephew-in-law Tracy and Buzz Haigh, their children Brady, Colby and Tyla and nephew Ryan Leaser. Born in Arcata, CA, Sandy lived her life and raised her children in Humboldt County. Sandy was a long time member of The Eagles Club and loved to play bingo. She was an Elvis fan and enjoyed county music. Sandy's family would like to thank Arcata Adult Day Care and the many others who have cared for Sandy. We could not have done it without all of you. Sandy's family would also like to thank everyone for their kindness in their time of grief.
