SARA B. (KEARNS)
Age 92, of Trafford, formerly of Monroeville, passed away on Monday, October 12, 2015. Beloved wife of the late Dr. Roy W. Leukhardt, Jr.; loving mother of Dr. Susan Leukhardt (Dr. Melvin Deutsch), Daniel A. Leukhardt, Roy W. Leukhardt III (Pamela), Linda Williams (Steve) and Dr. David B. Leukhardt; grandmother of Kami (Ryan) Hauser, Amy (Jonathan) Moody, Roy Leukhardt IV, Dr. Ellen Deutsch and David Deutsch; great-grandmother of Grace, Luke and Charlotte Hauser and Carter and Lyla Moody; loving sister of Jack (Margaret) Kearns and the late William (surviving wife, Mildred) Kearns; sister in-law of Esther Norris and Michael Egan. Sara was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters. She was a devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Friends will be received 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the GENE H. CORL INC. FUNERAL CHAPEL AND CREMATION SERVICES OF MONROEVILLE,4335 Northern Pike (412-372-2100). Mass of Christian Burial 10:30 a.m. on Friday, October 16, 2015, at North American Martyrs Church with Father Joseph Luisi as celebrant. Interment following Grandview Cemetery.

My thoughts and prayers to the Leukhardt family for the loss of your of your loving mother. I never met Mrs Leukhardt, but I heard a lot of great stories about her from Linda and Steve. May she rest in Peace. PS go STEELERS!!
