Lynn, Alexander and Noah,
I want to extend my condolences for your loss of husband and father. I feel so privileged to have known Scott and to be able to have him come into my hair salon to get his haircut. He is truly an inspiration and with such courage and strength to continue in his life....everyone's life that he has touched in anyway. I know that what he has accomplished in his works has helped so many. I will miss him and proud to have had him cross my path in life.

Dear Scott,
Your benevolence and humanitarian personality will be sorely missed by all. You are certainly one of the 'good guys' who had so much to offer and was taken from us at such a young age. You can very proudly now, look down on the many thousand people who have supported you during our 14 year run of 5k events an rejoice on how SO MUCH a part of their lives -YOU HAVE BECOME!!! To paraphrase from a very inspirational Hebrew prayer-"As long as we live, you to will live, for you are now a part of us as we remember them"
Always in our prayers!

I am sorry to hear of Scott's passing. He was indeed a special person. Whenever I speak of soccer and coaches he is ALWAYS thought of as such a great role model for my sons and I'm sure many others. He will be missed please know that our thoughts are with you through this difficult time.

I met Scott through his brother Harvey who was my fraternity brother at Penn (Pi Kappa Alpha) which Scott later joined. Scott and Harvey's childhood friend Bob Hackel was my long-time work colleague and Harvey played with us on our office softball team. I clearly remember attending Scott's bachelor dinner near the Quakerbridge (NJ) Mall. I have admired his courage and determination as he tried to cope with his horrific disease through innovative and experimental treatments and devices. A soul like Scott's will surely live on.
