McCARTNEY, SHARON KAYE Sharon K. McCartney, 54, of Saginaw, passed away peacefully at her home on March 15, 2014. She was born on October 5, 1959 in Winter Park, Florida to Olie and Mary (Wright) Williamson. Sharon was a CPA working for Yeo & Yeo of Saginaw since 2003. Sharon was a good carpenter, artist, and home decorator. She enjoyed sailing, the beach, cooking, music, gardening, golfing and watching good movies. Sharon is survived by her children, Matthew Griffin of Midland and Elizabeth (Ryan) Maciejewski of Grand Rapids; granddaughter, Kayla Maciejewski; her First Mate, James Ferency; and parents, Olie and Mary Williamson of Cosby, TN. She is also survived by one sister, Janice (Danny) Vercek of Cosby, TN and her two cats, Phoebe and Rogue. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Smith-Miner Funeral Home with Mr. David Dellar officiating. Friends can visit with the family on Friday, March 21, 2014 at 4-7 PM at Smith-Miner and on Saturday starting at 10 AM until the time of service.
