Shaun D. "Little Pistol" Claborn

Shaun D. “Little Pistol” Claborn, 26, of Anderson, died April 20, 2006 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis after an extended illness.

He was born on April 24, 1979 in Muncie and had lived most of his life in Anderson.

He is survived by his wife, Rosie (Haskett) Claborn of Anderson; father and step-mother, Jack and Glenda Claborn of Anderson; mother and her fiancé, Anna Claborn and Richard Loomis of Anderson; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Paul and Victoria Haskett, Jr. of Andeson; two daughters, Adrianna Claborn and Elexis M. Riley; three brothers, Troy Claborn of Anderson, Ernest G. Taylor of Frankton, and Scott and wife April Taylor of Anderson; a sister, Becky Dickey of Anderson; brother-in-law, Melvin Haskett and his fiancé, Chrystal; grandparents, Mildred Claborn of Anderson, Hank and Kathryn Davis of Anderson; God parent, Jane McMillan of Anderson; aunts and uncles, Joe and Mona Claborn, Bob and Cathy Claborn, Susie and Tim Weaver and Joyce and Gary Hancock; nephews, Justin Dickey, Jeremiah Dickey, Bradlee Taylor, Canyon Haskett and several cousins; special friends, Jean Mercer, Misty and Jeremiah Short, Larry and Candy Mercer, John McKim, Willis Grimmett, John F. Burcham, John M. and Jean Burcham, Andy Rutherford, Nancy Patton, Michael and Carrie Patton, Cathy Craib, Misty Craib Dante’ Johnson and many C.B. friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joe Claborn, Sr. and William and Beverly Heavilin; great grandmother, Ethel Santos; uncle, William M. Heavilin; God parent, Kenneth Rich.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Brown-Butz-Diedring Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Renner officiating. Cremation will follow the service.

Visitation will be 10:00-11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
