WILLS POINT - Visitation for Shirley Marie Minyard, 63, Savoy, formerly of Wills Point, is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Hiett's LyBrand Funeral Home, Wills Point.

Mrs. Minyard died Dec. 18, 2007, in Sherman.

She was born Dec. 18, 1944, in Portland, Ore., to the late Alfred Phillips and Elsie Marie Ponder. She moved to the Dallas/Pleasant Grove area as a child and married Johnny C. Musser in 1960 and then Homer Minyard. She worked in sales at DeFord Millworks in Dallas for many years. She moved to Wills Point in the early 1990s and recently moved to Savoy. She was a Baptist and was preceded in death by her husband, Homer Minyard; son, Richard Glenn Musser; stepson, Tony Minyard; and brother, James Phillips.

Survivors include sons, Johnnie Cecil Musser, Whitewright, Bryan Edward Musser, Gun Barrel City, and Everette Dewayne Musser, Bells; two brothers; three sisters; and grandchildren.
