Sidney SCHICK Obituary
January 31, 1915 - July 2, 2014
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sidney on July 2, 2014. Survived by his son Blaine (Della), daughter-in-law Darlene, grandchildren Darla (Dave), Dean (Megan), Jeremy (Stephanie), Jordi (Warren), Jason (Amanda), Elissa (Rob); great- grandchildren Carter, Connor, Sydney, Camryn, Jayce, Abby, Samantha, Ainsley and Liam. He leaves to mourn sister-in-law Doris, numerous nieces, friends, and the "Happy Gang" on the 4th floor at Shepards Care Kensington.
Sidney was predeceased by his wife Lilian on January 17, 2014, son Gerry and infant son Gayland. The family extends a very special thank-you to the nurses and staff at Sheperd's Care Kensington. Cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life for Sidney and Lilian will be be held on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sturgeon Alliance Church in Gibbons. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Stollery Children's Hospital or Lilian Schick School.
