Stanley APPLETON Obituary
December 19, 1926 - November 22, 2012
Passed away suddenly in Tacoma, WA on November 22, 2012. Stanley was born in Calgary so therefore was a true Calgarian and very proud of it. He was a past Jaycee Senator and a life member of the Calgary Stampede Volunteers. He moved to Vancouver Island in 1988 and enjoyed spending his winters away. Stan was an avid sports fan including horse racing but always a supporter of any Calgary sports team. He leaves to mourn, his wife Dolores, daughter Barbara Rozanskas (Russ), his stepchildren Cheryl Bishop (Mike), Barry, Brian and Wade (Faith), his loving grandchildren Corie, Kristyn, Cara, Heather, Kyle and Owen. A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at St. Albert the Great Catholic Church (10 Prestwick Drive S.E., McKenzie Towne, Calgary, AB). If you so desire, donations in Stanley's memory may be made to The Salvation Army.
