Stan was a good, smart and talented guy. I worked with him at GTE and was always impressed by his dry humor and witty comments.

I am so sorry to know this. Stan and Shirley have been my neighbors for over 24 years. I am so saddened by this. He was always so helpful to me when it came to handy work around my home, helping me as a single father when I traveled for work, and was the kindest man. I will miss you and your spirit in our neighborhood will live on.

My condolences to Shirley and the family. I have fond memories of Stan while playing in various bands with him from 1962-69. We spent a lot of time together practicing in his family room several times a week. Stan played rhythm guitar and sang and we used to play for high school dances and proms, parties, grand openings and battle of the bands. Stan always had a great work ethic whether it was playing music or working various jobs. He had the ability to keep things light with his wry sense of humor while pushing us to get things done. He was someone I always looked up to and will miss him.

Dick & I were totally shocked by this unexpected news. We were at the same restaurant three weeks ago with Stanley, Shirley and their daughter in Granite Bay and had a wonderful visit & conversation of putting a golf date together in the near future. Stanley was spry, alert, happy and enjoying life. We will always remember his wonderful smile and welcoming conversations. May all his family and friends have solace with the wonderful memories they shared, and may God give them grace to deal with the heartbreak that they are all going through. And here it goes again, life is unpredictable and we all need to enjoy every minute of every day, breathe in the joy & celebtate. That´s what Stanley would wish for.

Absolutely devastating news. Stan was one of the best hires I had with GTE/ATT. A man of genuine love for others and transparent 1000% He became an uncle to our 2 kids and was really close to our son, Randy Jr. He made Randy Jr's karate belt holder as a child and the Chambers were like family to the Kinzler's. He moved on to manage and was an incredible leader respected by all. He made us all laugh and my husband loved playing golf with him. Always made others laugh. His family and especially Shirley came 1st in his life. Even when he owned his own business he and Shirley always placed others 1st because thats who he was. Yellow Pages brought us all together and we will miss you Stan but always remembering the journey. Thank you for loving my family the way you did. You will always be remembered as touching our lives. See you in heaven someday.

My condolences go out to Shirley and the whole chambers family. Stan was a great guy and one of the most witty people I´ve ever known. I have memories of Stan racing around in his 1964 Malibu in high school. What a huge loss of a great man

This is such a devastating loss. I am so appreciative for the amazing memories with Stan. He was the most generous man. He gave me so much. From hilarious golf, spending hours laughing in hopes of a good score. Laughing on the road at AT&T . He taught me many things about leadership, fatherhood and life. He invited me to the club to play with him and every time I wanted to pay my own way Stan would say, "when you are in a position in your life, do the same for someone else." I am eternally thankful I had the opportunity to know Stan. Rest in Peace my friend.

Our deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathy to the Chambers family as they say farewell to Stan. We will deeply miss his quick wit, ever-present smile, and that unmistakable mischievous grin. Stan´s joyful spirit, boundless love, and kindness will remain with us always. Though we will miss him dearly, we will forever cherish the memories of his wonderful presence. Watch over us from your heavenly perch, Stan, and enjoy every round of golf up there. Rest in peace. Garreth, Gina, Sofia and Alex.
