Stephanie Forster, 38, of Blair, passed away at her home, Friday, Dec. 13, 2013. Memorial services have been scheduled for 2 p.m., Thursday with Chaplain Erin Martinez officiating at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel. Cremation and memorial services have been entrusted to Kincannon Funeral Home.
Stephanie D'Anne Rush was born Jan. 1, 1975 in Altus to Cecilia D'Anne (Sirmons) Rush. She attended Altus and Blair schools, graduating from Blair High School with the class of 1994. She worked for Stephen's Insurance on North Main Street in Altus as a secretary for several years. Stephanie attended the Grace United Methodist Church in Altus and the Blair United Methodist Church. Her home was always very neat and very clean. She enjoyed cooking, baking, cleaning homes; watching the OKC Thunder on television, as well as being a big, really BIG OU FAN.
Stephanie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Cecil and Drucilla Nall; and her daughter, Bayilee Forster.
She is survived by her son, Kade Forster of Blair; her mother, D'Anne Sirmons of Enid; one sister, Valincia Hill and husband Shawn of Enid; two brothers, Christopher Rush of Enid, and Tommy Rush of McAlester; two nephews, Kaleb and Kashon; one niece, Kylie; as well a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
Additional parking for the service is available behind the funeral home, Best Western to the South or Western Sizzlin' to the North.

My heart goes out to you for the deep loss you must be feeling for your beloved Ms. Stephanie Forster. How sad to lose someone so loved and so needed. May you find comfort in prayer and in one another. (Jeremiah 29:12,13).
