AGE: 23 • North Brunswick
Stephanie Pincus Satz, 23, passed away at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ on Monday, December 14, 2015. She was born in New Brunswick and was a lifelong resident of North Brunswick, NJ. Stephanie attended Livingston Park and Linwood Schools in North Brunswick and was a 2010 graduate of North Brunswick High School. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 2014. Stephanie was a student at Rutgers University Graduate School of Social Work.
Stephanie was a member of the North Brunswick High School Swim Team. She was a participant with the Urban Mitzvah Corp at Camp Harlem and was an avid poetry writer. Stephanie was a member of Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple, New Brunswick,NJ.
She is survived by her parents Steve Satz and Diane Pincus, her sister Juliann Satz, of North Brunswick, her grandparents Esther and Stanley Michelson, her aunt Jill Pincus Vessili, of North Brunswick, sandy Pincus, of Toms River, NJ, Marjory Swigert, of West Hartford, CT, and numerous cousins.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 12:30pm at the Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple, 222 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ. Interment in Beth Israel Cemetery, Woodbridge, NJ. Memorial Contributions may be made to Camp Daisy, East Brunswick, NJ in her memory. Arrangements are under the direction of the Crabiel Parkwest Funeral Chapel, 239 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick, NJ.

Dear Satz Family,
Stephanie was in my 4th grade class years ago. I was deeply saddened and shocked to hear of her passing. My memory of Stephanie is of a bright and vibrant girl: the kind of student you wish you could clone and have a whole classroom filled with. I know there are no words of comfort that would be adequate, but please know after all these years I still remember your remarkable and beautiful daughter!

Dear Satz family, I am grieving with you and am so devastated to hear about Steph. My daughter shared a room with her at Rutgers, and whenever I visited she'd greet me with a hug. My deepest sympathies for your tragic loss. I got to know Stephanie from the numerous AEMT youth events I chaperoned, and Junior Choir, where she sang with my daughter, also named Stephanie. During the drives to and from the youth events, my car was noisy and filled with laughter.
