Steven Lonergan of Sharon, passed away peacefully on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 69 years of age. Son of the late Pearl (Arachesky) and Joseph Lonergan. Loving husband of Marla S. D. Lonergan of 23 years. Beloved father of Abigail and Sarabeth. Brother of Jeannie (Lonergan) Johnson and husband Mark. Uncle of Tara, Jessica and Marissa. Dear son-in-law of Michael and Rona Davis of East Falmouth, MA.

Steven was born in Boston on July 12, 1956. Steve was a graduate of Stoughton High School and graduated from Regent University. He then worked his way up at Setra Systems to the position of Executive Vice President of Engineering. He later worked for Sensata Technologies in Attleboro. His favorite store was Home Depot, where he would frequently shop for his many home improvement projects. He was a Patriots fan and enjoyed watching tennis. His greatest joys were his two daughters, Sarabeth and Abigail and his wife Marla.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 11:45 AM at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon. Please follow signs at the cemetery for graveside service and line up behind the administration building.

Shiva will be held at Steven's late residence following the burial from 1-4 PM and 6-8 PM and on Tuesday, September 16th from 4-8 PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Steven's name, may be made to The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research at www.michaeljfox.org.
