I just now found out of Steve passing.I am so heartbroken. My husband just passed this May. When I tell you the repore those two had. Steve was always willing to help and he was genuine. He often told us stories of his girls, and asked about our projects. He knew my husband's voice immediately on the phone, whe I tell you how many times we called wether from home or on the road with issues with our coach he was always helpful and seemed happy to do it. My prayers are with your family.Be good girls and make him as proud as you always have.

Shocked and stunned to just learn of Steve's passing. I had come back to Rhode Island and was informed of this untimely event. We used to joke at the Dunkin Donuts all the time and had great conversations. I was always the other Steve each morning at Dunkin. I miss miss this man whom I had become good friends with. My prayers are with his wife and children.

I am so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. I worked with him for only a short while via Keller Marine and RV, Pennsylvania. We always talked about our love of Classic Cars/Trucks but mostly we shared stories of our children of the sames ages. We shared family photos. He always talked highly of his wife. He was a happy man who anyone would love to be around. We always joked and talked business as well. My Prayers go out to Lisa and the girls. Seeing someone as kind and loving as Steve leave this world, we have to know we are not in control. And every where we go, every one we meet, we must smile and share love because we never know when it could be the last time we see them. Steve you will be so very missed. Words cannot convey how much. My love to the family, Teri Jo Reichenbach

I am so sad to hear of Steve's passing. Just recently ran into him in Home Depot and caught up on old times for nearly a half hour or so! Met his wife and daughter. I am so sorry for their family. Just lost my brother unexpectedly a few years back and he left two young boys behind. Girls, Just know how much your Dad loves you and that he will ALWAYS be watching over you and your Mom. My heart breaks for you....

I can speak for myself as well as many other members at West Greenwich Fire Dept, Steve was a great guy. If anyone needed any part that was hard to find or obsolete Steve was the guy to call. I will never forget the great times we had and the laughter we shared. I offer my deepest condolences to the Lopes family during this difficult time.

Lisa, sam, and Chelsea your husband/father will always give me some great memories. My condolences, he will be missed.

Received a call from Arlington RV yesterday and still cannot believe the terrible news of Steve's passing. I am still in shock over this. I have fond memories of working with him at West Greenwich Mobile back in 1975, riding on the bus he drove for Pawtuxet Valley Bus Lines when I worked at Electric Boat in Groton, and most recently our phone conversation two weeks ago about an antique truck auction in Massachusetts. Whenever I saw him he always asked how my wife and two daughters were doing, and was extremely proud of his own girls. He was a loyal friend and I will never ever forget him. My heartfelt condolences go out to his wife and entire extended family.

Aunty Janet, Uncle Tony, Lisa and family....

When I heard the news I can't tell you how shocked I was and how sorry I am to hear this. My heart goes out to all of you.

I think even today, I still can not believe this has happened! Steven was the BEST cousin I ever had...he taught me how to drive, he was always there when I needed someone to talk to and most importantly he was my friend. Even though we were miles apart for so long, he was always in my heart and thoughts and will continue to be.

May God comfort you during this terribly difficult time!
