Stewart Barnes Obituary
Born on July 5, 1959, Stewart was cherished as a brother, uncle, cousin, and godfather. Known for his many talents and accomplishments, he earned deep respect throughout Dutchess County as a faithful friend, mentor, speaker, and dedicated servant in the lives of many. His impact on those who knew him will be remembered with gratitude and admiration.
Following cremation, a Celebration of Life Memorial will be held to honor Stewart's remarkable legacy. The service will take place on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at St. Paul's Episcopal Church, located at 161 Mansion Street, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude for the prayers and condolences received during this time of loss. May Stewart's memory bring comfort and inspiration to all who were touched by his life.

Stewart and I were good friends in high school. Many a good time playing basketball and running track together. He was a great friend with a heart of gold. God bless. He will be missed.

I fondly remembered Stewart. He lived on our street when we were kids. He was such a nice kid. This is sad to hear of his passing. My condolences and prayers go out to his family and friends.
