My heart just sank as I read this. I worked for Dr. Parikh years ago and did not hear of her death until today. My heart goes out to her family. She was an excellent dentist and I admired her passion that she had for dentistry. I still have the heart necklace that she bought me for Christmas one year while I was working for her. She had a smile that brightened up a room. She had the heart of gold and the patience of Job. I will miss you greatly Swati. May God bless you and thank you for the positive impact you had in my life. -

For the short time that I knew Swati, I felt I knew her a lifetime. Her kindness and warmth was always evident. I will always remember her as a caring friend. Rest in peace Swati.

Our Deepest condolences to the Kakade and Parikh families for such a great loss. Swati was a beautiful, happy, charismatic, and helpful young lady. We were very fortunate in knowing her ever since 1996 when they moved to the house right across from ours. She was a good friend to our three daughters (Sapna, Saloni & Vishali) and we regarded Swati as our own daughter. Her passing away at such a young age is indeed a great loss for all of us. May Almighty God rest her soul in peace and give the strength to both sets of families, husband Neal, daughter Raiya, sister Sasha and Pardeep to bear Swati's grief.

Dr. Parikh was a beautiful person in every aspect. Three things that stand out in the short time I worked with her: Her love of dentistry, cooking and her family! We had a potluck at work and most of us brought store bought items....Dr. P brought the most amazing salad that we could not get enough of...she even let me bring some home :P She would often show me videos/pictures of her daughter and husband, which were her everything. She never complained, we had no idea she was sick. She has touched the lives of many and will be missed. May God bless your family through this sadness.

Dr Parikh was the sweetest, kindest Dr I've ever worked with. Always had a pleasant demeanor. I'm so sad to hear now about her passing. I'm more mad that I never knew her better, it would have been an honor. This is a lesson for me. She is certainly an angel. I don't understand why in this day and age that CF ("65 roses")can cause such suffering still. My heart and thoughts go out to her family.

I met Dr. Parikh as her patient several years ago when she worked at Associated Dental on Bell Road. I always found her to be very conscientious, personable, extremely competent, and caring. When my dental insurance changed, I unfortunately had to find another dentist. I recently changed insurances again and was looking forward to becoming her patient for a second time. I was very disappointed to learn that she had left Associated Dental, and now am so sorry to hear of her passing. My deepest sympathy, and thoughts and prayers are with her family. She was a very special person.

I feel so extraordinarily blessed to have known and worked with Dr. Parikh. I will never forget her dedication to her patients and the remarkable spirit she so lovingly shared. I will always remember her generosity. She seemed to give so effortlessly, whether it was her time, her talents, or her friendship. I'm going to miss her tremendously and I wish I could have told her what an impact she had on my life both professionally and personally.

My condolences to your family. What a beautiful tribute. I am so sorry that my path did not cross with that of Dr. Parikh. She seemed to have been such a warm and inspiring person. May God grant you the peace that excels all thoughts and guard your heart (Philip. 4:7) during this difficult time. I am sure that all her life she served as encouragement to many. Your family and friends are in my prayers.

Swati was a tremendous human being and friend. We love her dearly and feel honored that she chose us to be her friends. Sometimes in wondering whether life's tragedies are fair we forget to celebrate a person's impact on this world. Swati's collective circle of family and friends will never allow this impact to be forgotten.
