Dear Ella
Please accept my sincere sympathy on your loss. Syd was someone I got to know, respect and have warm feelings for, playing bridge. He was a fine and gentle person.

I first met "Syd" in 1953 when I joined the Masonic order. There was so much pride and respect in knowing this great man. He was a 'gentleman' in all aspects. My sympathies to the family.
