Ted Worthen Obituary
Ted was born on November 9, 1958, in Santa Monica, California. He was a beloved husband, father grandfather, and friend.
Ted was always a wonderful provider for his family. He was known for his kind-hearted nature, his honesty, loyalty, and spirituality. His friends could always rely on him for support and trust.
Ted will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
In his career, Ted held a significant role as the head of janitorial services at The Hoover Dam in Nevada/Arizona. For over 15 years, he and his crew maintained an exceptional A+ rating for The Bureau of Reclamation, making Hoover Dam one of the country's premier National Parks.
A private ceremony and dispursal of ashes will be held in honor of Ted's memory. Immediate family only.
Ted is survived by his loving spouse/husben Robert Leone, his son Jeremy Worthen, his daughter Melanie Duino, his stepson Christopher Leone, his stepson Mike Leone, and his grandson Oliver Leone, his mother Eunissa Burkhell and his brother Wes Worthen. He was preceded in death by his father, Warren Worthen.
The family kindly requests that donations be made to The American Heart Association in memory of Ted M. Worthen.
