Terence M. Kelly

Terence M. Kelly, age 68, a longtime resident of Quincy, died peacefully, Friday, February 14, 2025 at Brigham and Women's Hospital, in the comfort of his loving family.

Terence was born in Boston, to the late Edward T. and Marguerite A. "Peg" (Brady) Kelly. Raised and educated in Weymouth and Quincy, he was a graduate of Quincy High School, Class of 1974. He lived in Quincy for most of his life.

He was a master plumber and as a young man was the self-employed owner of RSK Mechanical for twenty years. He later worked with Local 12 for over twenty years.

Terry loved the outdoors, vacations, and trips to Newfound Lake in New Hampshire for over forty years. He also enjoyed dining out with family and friends.

Most of all, he was devoted to his family and was especially proud of his sons and granddaughter.

Beloved husband for thirty-six years of Kathleen M. "Kathy" (Petitti) Kelly.

Devoted father of Sean M. Kelly, Norwood P.D. and his wife Lindsey of Holbrook, Craig R. Kelly and his wife Luara of Quincy.

Loving grandfather of Maya Kelly.

Dear brother of John Kelly and Mary Chevalier of Rhode Island, Lisa Hill of Raynham and her late husband Michael, Patricia Calabraro of Fla., Janine Savoie and her husband Gary of Chelsea, and the late Maura Kelly.



Terry is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and their families.

Visiting Hours will be held at the Sweeney Brothers Home for Funerals, 1 Independence Avenue, Quincy, on Tuesday, February 18, from 4 - 7 p.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in Saint Francis of Assisi Church, 856 Washington Street, Braintree, on Wednesday, February 19, at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
