Thomas DeFazio Obituary
He is survived by his his wife Janice (Biddick), his children Rachael Dick (Evan), Helen Mastroicola, Renée Vennera (Michael), Daniel DeFazio and Megan DeFazio, 15 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and his sisters Carol Dick, Gloria Miles and Francine Deimer.
Family was his greatest joy. He often talked of his children and grandchildren. He was a proud South Philadelphian and avid Phillies fan. He was also a kind-hearted soul who adored his pets, including his cats and his dearly departed dog, Brittany. He will be missed deeply by his friends and family.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Monday February 5, 2024 at 10 AM at St. Edmond Church, 21st and Snyder Ave., Philadelphia. A visitation will be held at 9 AM at the church. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tom's name can be made to The Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society https://phillypaws.org/.
