Please join us in celebrating Tom's life Friday Feb. 24th at 2:00 PM at the Habing Family Funeral Home located at 129 4th Street, Gilroy, CA to acknowledge his passing.
Donations can be made in memory of Thomas E. Eggers through the Yosemite Conservancy at www.yosemiteconservancy.org or to the American Cancer Society.

In two short weeks it will be a year since you departed this earth. We still miss you dearly. I know that you are watching over us while we still struggle with your absence. I hope and pray that you will send us some of your wonderful kindness and loving thoughfullness that you gave us so generously while you were with us on earth. I just learned of Tom's passing in the Brentwood Alumni Newsletter. Tom, Scott Thomson and I were good friends in high school, and I remember those days well. Tom was always supportive and encouraging, and a lot of fun. My thoughts and prayers to all of his family, especially Susan and Nancy. It was nice to see some thoughts from other Brentwood alumns.

I was really sad to learn of Tom's death while at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church in Brentwood, MO, this morning. I know he'll be missed and pray for your family's healing.

So sorry to hear of Tom's untimely death, especially so soon after that of Homer. We are glad we got to spend time with him at the reunion in Farrar in 2009.
