Thomas John Manley, age 59, of Cambridge, MN, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, on November 28, 2024 due to congestive heart failure and cancer. Tom was born on August 8, 1965 to Earl and Karen Manley (Vossberg).

A lifelong motorsports enthusiast and mechanic, Tom enjoyed riding motorcycles, working as a crew member at the Brainerd International Raceway for friends and family, as well as attending many motorsports races and events throughout the state. Tom retired as a motorsports mechanic from Larson's Cycle in Cambridge, MN, in July 2024. He also worked for multiple other shops including many years at Tousley Motorsports in White Bear Lake, MN.

Tom enjoyed attending the North Saint Paul Car Show, celebrating holidays with family members, eating at Smokey's Pub & Grill in East Bethel, and playing cribbage.

Tom is survived by his children, Ashley Cook (Jason), Angela Kisch (Matt), Michael Manley, and Steven Manley; grandchild, Jack Wirth; significant other, Shannon Riske; close friend and cousin, Billy Vossberg (wife, Stacy; and children, Hank and Vicki); beloved cat, Grizzy; along with many siblings, friends, and family members.

Tom will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. All who cherished Tom are invited to join his friends and family in a celebration of life event at the Arthur O Haukland VFW Post 1350, located at 2483 7th Ave E, North Saint Paul, MN 55109, from 1-4 PM on December 22, 2024.
