Thomas John Pavlons, of Delafield, Wisconsin, passed away on April 30, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on September 19, 1950, in Peoria, Illinois, Thomas-known to many as Tom-lived a life marked by devotion to family, service to country, and a deep love of history and faith.

Tom graduated from Spalding Institute in Peoria and later pursued studies at Milwaukee Area Technical College. His early years were shaped by a strong sense of duty and patriotism, which led him to serve in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War era. He attained the rank of Airman First Class and was stationed in both England and Vietnam before receiving an honorable discharge.

Following his military service, Tom settled in Wisconsin where he built a life rooted in love and community. He was a devoted husband to Carol and a proud father to their son Shawn. Tom cherished his role as grandfather to Lucas and held deep affection for his daughter-in-law Tricia. His family was his foundation, and he found great joy in spending time with them.

Tom's faith was central to his life. A dedicated member of Elmbrook Church for over 40 years, he found strength and purpose through his relationship with the Lord. His commitment to his church community reflected the values he carried throughout every aspect of his life.

A passionate fan of football, Tom rarely missed a Dallas Cowboys game. His enthusiasm for the sport was matched only by his love for travel. tom was also a civil war buff Together with Carol, he explored Europe several times-journeys inspired by his lifelong interest in history. These trips were among his most treasured memories.

Tom is survived by his beloved wife Carol; son Shawn; grandson Lucas; daughter-in-law Tricia; two sisters, Mary Madsen and Toni Pavlon, both of Florida; one brother, Brian Pavlons of Illinois; two nieces; and several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Brian and Madeline Pavlons.

Tom's legacy is one of steadfast faith, loyal service, and enduring love for those closest to him. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him.
