RIMMER Thomas Edward
'Tom' Passed away peacefully in Blackpool Victoria Hospital on Thursday 14th April 2016
aged 56 years.
Dearly loved son of Mabel, a loving brother to Ian, Dave and Denise, also a dear uncle, Tom will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral Service and Cremation
will take place at Carleton Crematorium on Thursday 28th April at 10.00am.
Flowers or donations if so desired to Trinity Hospice c/o the
funeral director.
