Todd Bathje

With heartfelt sorrow, we announce the passing of Todd Bathje. Todd departed this world on Friday, March 22nd, leaving behind a legacy of fun, friendships, and lasting memories.

Born on December 16th, 1971, Todd spent his early childhood in Illinois, and finishing his later youth in California and Georgia. This fed Todd's free-spirited style, as he spent his adult years in Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, South Carolina, Virginia, and Ohio, amassing multitudes of friendships along the way, which he spent great care maintaining.

While Todd's "day job" for many years involved various positions in radio, his true passion was professional wrestling. As a young kid, he idolized and studied wrestling personalities such as Randy Savage, CM Punk, Superfly Snuka, Hulk Hogan, Iron Sheik, Andre the Giant , and Vince McMahon. He broke into the industry by attending North Georgia Wrestling Alliance school, and participated in multiple high profile events in ECW, WCW, and WZW. In his leisure time, he enjoyed concerts with his kids, video games, and watching his favorite sports teams - the Cubs, Bears, and Bulls.

Todd is survived by his beloved children Max and Luke, his loving mother Suzanne (David) Berglund, brother Tom (Katie) and nephews Kyle, Zach and Griffin. He was predeceased by his father James, and his cherished grandparents.

A celebration of Todd's life will be held at a future date where friends and family will come together to honor his memory and share stories of the joy he brought into the world.
