Tonya Rae Harris, 42, loving mother of Dalton and Savana Pugh, passed away on April 20, 2010 at Cumberland Medical Center. Funeral services were held April 25 at Crossville Memorial Funeral Home, officiating by Pastor Shane Johnston of Oak Lawn Baptist Church, where she was a member.
She is the daughter of Lowell Ray and Jewell N. Harris and she was raised in the Chestnut Hill community.
In addition to her children and parents, she leaves behind two loving sisters, Deborah Kay Jones and Rhonda Posey of Chattanooga; three nephews, Michael Lee, Brian Jones and Dexter Posey; and niece, Brooke Posey. She is also survived by several cousins, uncles, a tremendous number of friends and especially her fiancé, Tony Bilbrey.
"She will always hold a special place in the hearts of her loved ones, and by the salvation of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, we will once again meet her in her Heavenly home. Our hearts go with her as she leaves her earthly home for a much better life."
Crossville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. was in charge of the arrangements.
