Trevor Jack Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 20, 2023.
Trevor Russell Jack, 55, of Cleveland, Ohio, passed away on July 28, 2023, in Henrico, VA. Born on December 10, 1967, in Cleveland, Ohio. Trevor was a beloved son, and friend to many.

Trevor was a highly respected antique restoration expert, known for his meticulous attention to detail and his ability to bring new life to old pieces. His expertise was sought after by prestigious establishments such as the National Cathedral in Washington DC, The Jefferson Hotel in Richmond, and a prestigious home in Williamsburg. Trevor's talent and passion for his craft were evident in the countless homes and antique dealerships throughout Richmond that he graced with his work. His eye for valuable pieces and his skill in restoring and repairing furniture, accessories, lights, and fixtures were unparalleled.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Trevor was a giving and fun-loving individual. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to open his home to friends in need. His generosity extended to his role as a loving son, as he dutifully took care of his aging parents. Trevor's caring nature touched the lives of almost everyone he met, and his friendship was cherished by all who knew him.

In his free time, Trevor had a passion for collecting unique items, particularly mid-century modern and Asian-inspired furniture and accessories. His love for these treasures brought him joy and allowed him to express his creativity.

Trevor was preceded in death by his father, Donald Jack, and mother, Nancy Jack. He will be remembered by his brother Randy Jack, two uncles, and many cousins, especially Diane Semach, Jennifer Jack, Courtney Zimmerman, and many dear friends.

Trevor leaves behind a legacy of craftsmanship, kindness, and friendship. He will be remembered for his artistic talent, his warm heart, and his unwavering dedication to people in his life. May he rest in peace.

I cannot believe I am just now finding out about this! Trevor was like a big brother to me and I shared his love of antiques and helping others. This is such a huge loss for the world bc he had such a generous heart and beautiful soul. I truly regret not being about to travel to Virginia to see his shop....if one of his relatives could reach out if someone took over the shop I would still love to see it. My number is 8659735820

Trevor rescued me and took me to his house when I was having a met down.. I barely knew him but he was just that type of guy .He took in all the misfits and homeless , and anyone just needing help .. His doors were always open ..He never needed people to know about all the kind things he did .. which is why a lot of people probably don´t know ...

When he accepted me into his home and became a house father. He was so kind to me and I appreciated him a lot.

I'd like to thank whoever wrote this because it explains who trevor was and how terrific of a person he was. I'm so glad someone took the time to write this. I'm going to miss him very much. He was one of my closest friends and always there when I needed help in my life. He can never be replaced and until the day I die I will always tell anyone who gets to know me who my friend Trevor was and all the good times we had. Rest in peace and I hope we meet again in the afterlife.
