Trijntje VELTHUIZEN Obituary
(nee: Breedijk)
January 11, 1924 – August 31, 2016
On Wednesday, August 31, 2016, the Lord took to himself our dear mother, grandmother and great-grandmother at the age of 92 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Dirk (Mary), Wanda (Rudy) Snyder, Audrey (Mike), Broda, Matthew (Nancy), Bruce (Maria), Phil (Marguerite), Gerald (Mirjana). Oma will also be sadly missed by her many grandchildren and great- grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Hans in 2001.
Viewing will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Foster & McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011-114 Street NW, Edmonton. A Funeral Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 8, 2016 at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 11905-47 Street NW, Edmonton. Interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 16102 Fort Road NW, Edmonton.
Donations in memory of Tena may be made to Emmanuel Home, 13429 - 57 Street NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T5A 0T8.

Dear cousins, our sympathies to you with the passing away of your Mom! I have very fond memories of Tanta Triynts. I remember her as a very hospitable, loving, helpful, sweet aunt.
We give thanks for Christ's victory over death. May God comfort you and give you extra grace through the funeral and beyond.
