Tristan Fenton Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Oct. 20, 2015.
Tristan James Fenton passed from this earth into heaven on Oct. 17, 2015. He was the victim of a tragic accident in his home but we know he is in heaven with his grandparents and they are enjoying having him in their care now.

Tristan was born in Boise, ID on Dec. 4, 1999 where he joined his mother Chris Fenton and sister Taylor. From the day he came home from the hospital there was a very special bond between the three of them. Sometimes they would drive each nuts but at the end of the day the love they had for each other was totally there.

Tristan loved to play basketball and had several years of playing football for the "Orange Crush" football team where he made many friends. He was also an avid skateboarder; he packed his skateboard with him where ever he would go just in case he could find a place to make that big jump. He was always working to perfect his skills on the skateboard and sometimes it was the skateboard that came out the winner.
When Tristan was seven his little brother Ty joined the family and there became another special bond, and like little brothers do, he would drive Tristan nuts but if it came down to it, Tristan was his brother's protector.

Last May a baby was born into the family and Tristan became an uncle and if he could have had "favorite uncle" tattooed on his forehead he would have done it. Lorenzo was the apple of Tristan's eye, as long as he wasn't crying or had a dirty diaper, then Lorenzo was handed off to the nearest person.
Anyone that knew Tristan loved him; he had a beautiful soul, a heart as big as the universe and a smile that you would never forget. He may have felt at times that he didn't have any friends but if he only knew how many people truly loved him from friends to his large family. He was loved by so many and will be missed each and every day from now on.

Tristan's best friend, David was his "go to guy" for his problems, his joys and just hang out time. With David, Jose and Tristan there is a world of memories that they can hold dear and will last a lifetime.

Tristan has left his family and friends for the time being but he will never be forgotten and will always be loved. He will always be in our hearts and minds, no words can express our sorrow at this time and we all know that he is in a better place without the demons that surfaced from time to time.
Tristan was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Betty and Don Magnuson, whom he loved with all his heart; great uncle Larry Magnuson; and great grandparents, Bill and Dorothy Fenton.

Tristan is survived by his mother, Chris Fenton, sister, Taylor Smith, brother, Tyrese Fenton and nephew, Lorenzo. Also his grandparents Jeff and Linda Williams of Payette and Bill Fenton of Weiser, uncles, Eric Fenton (Jennifer and daughter Rayna), Justin Fenton (Brooke and daughter Kyra) and Travis Williams (Sarah), aunt, Markita Brammer (Drew), cousins, Sidney Fenton, Jessica Fenton, Jayden, Rylan, and Makynna Brammer, Jacoby and Eastwood Williams, and great uncle, Rusty Magnuson. He also has family in Oregon, California and Colorado that were very special to him even though he did not get to see them as much as he would have loved to.

Rest in peace Tristan, you are in our hearts and we love you.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 24th at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, 112 N 9th St., Payette. Cremation and services are under the direction of Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel, Payette. He will be buried with his great grandparents and uncle at Bear Cemetery outside of Council, ID on Memorial Day weekend, 2016. He was a good friend.... he helped me when I was upset and made me smile and laugh when I thought I couldn't... he always made jokes in the middle of class to see everyone smile. He never stopped smiling. It was so contagious. He has a beautiful smile and an amazing laugh that made you start laughing as well.I am going to miss him so much. I wish I would have talked to him more.
