I know two years have passed but I still think about you and I still dream about you. Sometimes when I look at the stars I imagine you in the sky looking down. I still miss you and hope you find peace.

I miss Tristan so much. I'm really shocked to hear about his passing. We met in kindergarten and dated briefly as adults. I considered him such a close friend and I'll never forget about him. Deep condolences to his parents and brother. Tristan was such an amazing person. I remember him most for his unique sense of humor and he always made me laugh and kept a smile on my face when I was near him. Hearing from him time to time just always made my week brighter. He was really intelligent, kind, passionate and creative and I'm devastated to hear that he passed away. He really touched my heart and I'm really lucky for all the fond memories I got to make with him. Rest in peace.

On our first vacation at Scottsman Point. Tristan and Nathaniel became inseparable and were like that every summer for many years. As soon as they were back together it was like no time had passed. Our families became fast friends and it was always our favorite week of the year.
We still talk about so many moments and love them all.

We want you all Allison, Todd and Caeden to know we share your grief and hope in time you are able to come to terms with your devastating loss. Tristan was a wonderful and caring young man, who could engage with anyone of any age or interests. He was a kind and loving soul. I fondly think of all the young boys at the cottage pretending to be grown men by attending Tristan's "poker night" each July evening. Each of them, despite their ages and interests were welcomed and valued as part of the group. The innocent joy of it all brings smiles.
Over time, the things were are so painful now will be the things which bring smiles. I just wish I knew the words which would lessen the pain. Please know you do not grieve alone. Thomas, Patrick, Nathaniel and I send our sympathies to you.

Dear Tristan,
You were my best friend through high school, but you´ve always felt more like a brother to me. I remember the first time I met you back in grade 8 and we´ve always had such a great friendship ever since. I would come to you in any event, whether I needed advice or just someone to talk to; you were always kind, caring and insightful. You did everything anyone could ever ask for in a friend. You are the type of guy to give me the shirt off your back if I asked for it. You will always be a role model on how to treat my friends and those I love. I wish we had more time to talk and make great memories. Words can´t describe how deeply sad I am for you and your family. I´ll never forget you and everything you´ve done for me, fly high brother hopefully we´ll meet again someday.
From your friend, Adam

I am so sorry to hear of Tristan´s passing. He was my weekend partner at Pharmasave. I was always impressed with Tristan´s work ethic, great sense of humour and joyful personality. As the days, weeks and months continue without Tristan, I pray that wonderful memories will comfort you

A beautiful notice for a beautiful person from a beautiful family under the saddest of circumstances... Tristan's obituary overflows with the love and respect he not only earned from friends and family, but that he showed to others as well. One of my earliest and best memories of Tristan is when he was growing his hair long for the sole purpose of donating it. What an impression he made. The world needs more Tristans. My heart is still breaking for you all. Know that you are all loved and supported immensely by so many as you attempt to heal; you will never be alone. xxx

Tristan was a good friend of mine from when I met him back in middle school, he was one of the first people I became close with after moving, and although we weren't always close since, we had just started reconnecting when this unfortunately happened. My condolences to the family, and I'll always miss our gaming sessions and the jokes.
