I remember this day a year ago. I read you books and sang you songs. I tried to pack a lifetime of memories into your little ears and heart. We knew you had to leave. I recall Daddy giving you a bath and holding you in his arms as you left us here to take care of Brady. I hope we are doing a good job, but what you did is hard to beat afterall you , Tucker brought him here your strength pulled him through. We are forever thankful for your beauty and life. Thank you for your baby brother he is a very good baby, but I am guessing you already know this. You are always loved, missed and thought of daily. I cant wait until I get to see you again and in my arms you will stay eternally. All my love until we meet again my sweet angel baby.

In Memory of Tucker,
On Her One Year Angel Day

Dear Lord, when you tuck her in every night,
Would you do just one thing for me?
Would you tell her that Nana's beautiful baby girl,
Is something that she will always be.
I've cried lots of tears and I miss her a lot,
And think of her daily, that's true,
But Dear God, if Nana's precious baby girl can't be here with me,
I know that she's in Heaven with you.

With loving memories from all of your family. We love you, Tucker, and always will.

Happy Birthday Baby Girl, you are one year old today. Having your first birthday in Heaven must be amazing, much more wonderful than any of us can really imagine. We love you and you will always be in our hearts. Our lives are forever touched deeply by your precious short time with us here, and you are missed each and every day. You are the beauty in the sky, the twinkling in the stars, the soft breeze that whispers. You have given us memories that can never fade away. You are loved, precious one, by your entire family.
You are our little guardian angel.
Love you always, Poppy & Nana

Little Angels

When God calls little children
to dwell with Him above
We mortals sometimes question
the wisdom of His love
For no heartache compares
with the death of one small child
Who did so much to make our world
wonderful and mild
Perhaps God tires of calling
the aged and the old
So He picked a little rosebud
before she could grow old
God knows how much we need them
so He takes but just a few
To make the land of Heaven
more beautiful to view
Believing this is difficult
yet somehow we must try
The saddest word mankind knows
will always be "goodbye"
So when a little child departs
we who are left behind
Must realize God loves His children
Angels are hard to find.

To my dearest family, some things I'd like to say...
but first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay.
I'm writing this from heaven. Here I dwell with God above.
Here, there's no more tears of sadness; here is just eternal love.

Please do not be unhappy just because I'm out of sight.
Remember that I'm with you every morning, noon and night.
That day I had to leave you when my life on earth was through,
God picked me up and hugged me and He said, "I welcome you."

It's good to have you back again; you were missed while you were gone.
As for your dearest family, they'll be here later on.
I need you here badly; you're part of my plan.
There's so much that we have to do, to help our mortal man."

God gave me a list of things, that he wished for me to do.
And foremost on the list, was to watch and care for you.
And when you lie in bed at night, the day's chores put to flight.
God and I are closest to you....in the middle of the night.

When you think of my life on earth, and all those loving years
because you are only human, they are bound to bring you tears.
But do not be afraid to cry; it does relieve the pain.
Remember there would be no flowers, unless there was some rain.

I wish that I could tell you all that God has planned.
But if I were to tell you, you wouldn't understand.
But one thing is for certain, though my life on earth is o'er.
I'm closer to you now, than I ever was before.

There are many rocky roads ahead of you and many hills to climb;
but together we can do it by taking one day at a time.
It was always my philosophy and I'd like it for you too...
that as you give unto the world, the world will give to you.

If you can help somebody who's in sorrow and pain,
then you can say to God at night......"My day was not in vain."
And now I am contented....that my life has been worthwhile,
knowing as I passed along the way, I made somebody smile.

So if you meet somebody who is sad and feeling low,
just lend a hand to pick him up, as on your way you go.
When you're walking down the street, and you've got me on your mind;
I'm walking in your footsteps only half a step behind.

And when it's time for you to go.... from that body to be free,
remember you're not going.....you're coming here to me.

Morgan and Mike,

Losing a child is the most difficult event that any parents can experience. It is also a very sad time for grandparents. We all hoped that Tucker could overcome the tremendous odds against her and she certainly proved she was a fighter. She will be missed and in our thoughts forever.

Sweet Baby Girl,
In the short time you were on earth, you gave us amazing memories.
As much as we loved and wanted you with us, God must have needed your beautiful little person and spirit even more in Heaven. I will dream of holding you in my arms, rocking you, singing to you, and watching you grow. Beautiful little one, you are and will always be loved by your family. You will be in every sunray I feel, every rainbow I see. Your beauty will grace each drop of morning dew, each beautiful sunset. Heaven must be so much more beautiful with you there. Sweet Baby Angel, you have reminded your Nana how precious life and love really can be, you see, little one, GOD gave your Daddy to me. With each addition to our family, my heart has been blessed. You are the first of Nana's "little people" to return to GOD; I know, baby girl, you did not journey alone, you were just in a hurry to make Heaven your home.
Always in my heart,
Love, Nana

Mike and Morgan, Words can't express how grateful I am to have met Tucker. Your angel touched so many hearts and will live on in as many. I can picture her beautiful, fragile face and I am reminded that she was the epitome of grace, strength and beauty. Thank you for sharing her with those of us who knew and loved her, as well as those of us who needed to be reminded that love and faith can endure all. I love you all. Annita

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

God, Take This Child....
Sweet child whom we never got to know,
It is hard for us to let you go.
We waited and we wanted you.
We had so many dreams for you.
We think of smiles we'll never see.
We think of events that will never be.
There will be no first steps and no first teeth.
There is only a void and our own grief.
We planned to take you to places far and near.
We yearned to keep you safe and free from fear.
We hoped to show you much of your new world.
We wanted to teach you as your life unfurled.
It’s hard to understand why you, our precious Tucker, died.
We feel so numb right now, many tears we’ve cried.
We have so many questions and no answers seem to come.
The doctors tried so hard to save you; nothing could be done.
God, we stand before you broken-hearted
and ask you to heal these lives that have been parted
from this little one we can no longer hold,
who will always be a part of us, even when we're old.)
God, take this child in your loving arms.
No more can she suffer any harm.
Bless her always and bless us too.
Be with us and help us to make it through.
